Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, 310 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements. Any undisputed real money balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 310 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
